Welcome to the Idaho Technology Transfer Center
The Idaho T2 Center is known nationally as the Idaho Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP). Within Idaho’s 44 Counties, 64 Highway Districts and 200 Cities we are called the Idaho T2 Center.
The Local Highway Jurisdictions (LHJ) in Idaho maintain a little over 34,000 miles of the transportation system in Idaho. The Idaho T2 Center has been addressing the Technical support and training needs of the Local Highway Jurisdictions since 1986. The program is housed at the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC), which is a governmental organization that assists the LHJ with the funding and technical support of this same transportation system.
Idaho T2 Vision
We will enhance the capability of highway agencies to provide a quality, safe, efficient, and environmentally sound transportation system.
Idaho T2 Mission

To provide training and technical assistance that meets the needs of highway jurisdictions in Idaho and promotes best practices in an efficient and effective manner through strong partnerships and effective communications.
The staff of the Idaho T2 Center would like to invite you into our website to learn more about how the program can assist you as a Local Highway Jurisdiction and/or user of the state transportation system.
